1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AIX Hub Store website, mobile application, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase digital assets.

2. Digital Licensing & Usage Rights

All extensions (.aix), source code projects (.aia), templates, and Android applications (.apk) available on AIX Hub Store are the intellectual property of AIX Hub Store or their respective verified authors.

Under our License:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate purchased extensions into your own personal or commercial Android applications.
You may compile and publish your completed APK/AAB applications to Google Play Store or other app distribution platforms.
Strictly Prohibited: You may not resell, re-distribute, leak, sublicense, or share raw extension files (.aix) or source code (.aia) publicly or in developer communities.

3. Payments, Verification & Digital Delivery

We support localized secure payment methods including EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and direct bank transfers.

Order Verification: For manual payment methods, users submit their transaction TID (Transaction ID) and deposit slip screenshot. Verification is typically processed swiftly within 10 to 60 minutes.
Instant Access: Once an order is verified and marked as approved, digital files are immediately unlocked in your User Dashboard for high-speed download.
Account Bound: Purchased items remain permanently linked to your verified email account and can be re-downloaded at any time.

4. Digital Refund Policy

                Important Notice on Digital Goods: Because AIX Hub Store offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (software code, binary extensions, and source files), all sales are final once the digital download has been unlocked.
            

We encourage all users to thoroughly read the item description, check compatibility with your builder version (App Inventor, Kodular, or Niotron), and test demo APKs before purchasing.

Exceptional Circumstances: If an extension is genuinely broken, defective, or fails to function as advertised and our support team cannot provide an update or fix within 7 business days, a full store credit or refund may be issued upon verification.

5. User Accounts & Security

When creating an account on AIX Hub Store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The services and all digital assets are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall AIX Hub Store or its creators be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any extensions, codes, or scripts purchased from this platform.
